The new green zone with an area of 4,5 hectares and a length of 461 m was created within the framework of the priority federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" for 4 months. Over this time, a full cycle of works from the preparation of the construction site to landscaping was carried out. The park opening ceremony was attended by the Governor of Krasnodar Region Veniamin Kondratiev, the Mayor of the city Evgeny Pervyshov, Chairwoman of the Krasnodar City Duma Vera Galushko.

This is 54 sections of street and road network of the city and suburban settlements. The works will be held within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality autoroads" of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation in 2019. The streets that will be included in the next year was discussed at the meeting chaired by the Mayor of Krasnodar Evgeny Pervyshov.
Electric substation 220 kV "Eastern industrial zone" was launched in the Kuban capital on November 21. It was built and put into operation by "Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System" (FGC UES). In Krasnodar, such a power facility was built "starting from scratch" and opened for the first time in the last 10 years, and in terms of capacity and equipment level it is the first substation of this class in the city. Its power is 560 megavolt-ampere (MVA).
On the day of opening of the exhibition devoted to Japanese culture, the Krasnodar City Hall held an official reception of the Plenipotentiary Minister of the Embassy of Japan in Moscow, Chief of the department for relations with the parliament, the group of international cooperation Isidze Motoyuki.
The Mayor of regional centre Evgeny Pervyshov held an official meeting with a delegation of the city of Kocaeli (the Republic of Turkey). The parties discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, as well as the possibility of establishing sister cities relations.
The regional capital entered the ISSC — the international club of smart cities. Krasnodar became one of the 8 cities in Russia, which were among the first to receive this status. The decision was announced on October 16 in the framework of forum "Open innovations" helding in Skolkovo (Moscow). The corresponding certificate was received by Deputy Mayor of the city Evgeny Zimenko.
